Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and we are unable to accept returns or
exchanged for perishable food items. However, if you have any concerns about your
order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will replace it. Please reach out to us via
orders@mastmarket.mom or (914) 733-9020 within 24 hours of receipt, with a detailed
description and a photo of the damaged item.
If you have an issue with items purchased from an independent retailer, please contact
the retailer directly regarding their refund policy.
Returnable Items
For nonperishable items, we accept returns of unopened items in their original
packaging with no visible signs of product use within 30 days of purchase. To start a
return, you can reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly to
orders@mastmarket.mom. Please include your order # and let us know which products
you want to return. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund to the original
payment method.
